"I’ve had the worst experience with this agency. They do not respond to their 24 hour texting. Nothing. They leave you hanging which is really frustrating over a weekend when you have been in an accident. State Farm does not have a country wide 24 hour anything. (Possible roadside assistance but they will direct you to call the 800 customer service number or your local agent). I have had two instances after hours when I needed assistance, texted them, and never heard back. I guess technically it does say on their website that you can send them a text 24 hours a day… but I assumed that meant they would answer in emergency situations as well."

I dread the insurance process, but Vivianna was fast, efficient and made the process so quick and easy. Whatever Vivianna is getting paid needs to be increased alongside a promotion.
