"I’ve had the worst experience with this agency. They do not respond to their 24 hour texting. Nothing. They leave you hanging which is really frustrating over a weekend when you have been in an accident. State Farm does not have a country wide 24 hour anything. (Possible roadside assistance but they will direct you to call the 800 customer service number or your local agent). I have had two instances after hours when I needed assistance, texted them, and never heard back. I guess technically it does say on their website that you can send them a text 24 hours a day… but I assumed that meant they would answer in emergency situations as well."
"Angie, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. My employees and i do not work over the weekend. Our office phones (not texts).....are forwarded to a 24X7 State Farm call center that is staffed to help with claims, emergency roadside, towing, and just about anything else you could need. To my knowledge, text sent to my office do not reach these folks. However, a phone call after business hours does give you some options to speak with actual humans that can assist, take a claim, etc. Please call me if you would like to discuss further or maybe make suggestions on how we can improve. "I don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received today deserves recognition. Vivianna Mobley provided me the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I dread the insurance process, but Vivianna was fast, efficient and made the process so quick and easy. Whatever Vivianna is getting paid needs to be increased alongside a promotion. Due to the service provided by Vivianna I believe she is the only account representative I wish to converse with in the future. Excellent service!!!!"

"This office gave great customer service from the initial contact with front desk to the agent, Jon, that I was assigned to. All my questions and concerns were addressed to give me the best auto and renter's quote on the phone and decided to finish at the office. Doing face to face business confirmed easing my decision to switch with how I was greeted and checked upon while notifying I was there. Jon is patient, genuine, and thorough; even managed to lower the quote amount!!! Above and beyond and I hope I don't have need for claims, but seems I will still get the service I need with a smile."

"I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While the staff was initially pleasant to talk to, they were unable to resolve an issue caused by one of their own representatives canceling the wrong car on my policy. I called multiple times and was repeatedly assured the issue would be rectified. Despite this, weeks went by with no resolution. Then, I started receiving notices from the state of Florida, stating my insurance was canceled, and I faced license and plate suspension. To make matters worse, the app showed my payment was on hold, and the rest of my insurance was marked as delinquent and canceled. Each time I called, I was told it would be corrected, but there was no follow-through. They cited a backlog as the reason for yet another 4-day delay. This has been going on for over a month, with no end in sight. When I asked to speak with Brian, I was informed he was like the CEO and doesn’t speak directly to clients. Furthermore, he was unavailable until after the holidays, and I’d need to schedule an appointment to speak with him. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from State Farm, especially after being a long-time customer."
"Sean, I am very sorry about all of this. I have researched the matter thoroughly and unfortunately, most of your description is accurate. Unfortunately, we did cancel the wrong vehicle and when we had the correction process expedited (pulled out of the que to be worked by a human)....somehow, they didn't get it done either. So, two mistakes made by State Farm. I am very sorry about this. As far as me "not talking with customers"....that is not accurate. It's true, i am the CEO of my little organization. But, what was once a small operation with 2 employees, we now have grown to 18 employees. Therefore, i spend the bulk of my time either working with employees or meeting with clients by appointment, which you were offered this option. However, that doesn't change the fact that we screwed up and your expectations were not met. furthermore, the reason we didn't just simply "write you a new policy" is in the long run, this is more expensive for you. As of 1/2/25 - the issue has been resolved. I am out of town for the holidays but will be calling you on Tuesday to discuss further. Thank you for your patience with this and also for your loyalty all of these years. Brian"

"Just switched to State farm today and let me start by saying Kailee West is an awesome person. Not only did she reach out to me many times thru email and phone calls. She was understanding about my work times and took the time to schedule a time for us to speak on one of my days off. She informed me of all my options and price rates. Talked me through anything I didn't understand and insured me at a better rate. The place I just canceled with was way to expensive. Leading me to lower my policy, which was still really expensive at $231/mo. for just PIP... Luckily like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!! I feel protected on the road now.
